Oh my gosh, I've been itching on your behalf ever since you found out. I'm so glad you got the all clear.
ReplyDeleteLice is one of those things that always elicits screaming in my head when I hear about it - hope everyone is parasite-free shortly!!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a nanny, I was working for a family where the kids were with their mom on the weekends and dad during the week (messy divorce, very sad). For probably two months, every Monday, I would have to check them for lice. Ugh. Time and time again. Combing and washing and combing and spraying and combing and combing... I can totally relate.

Just peeking around your bloggy here! Had to comment on this one! 2 years ago, we got lice, right after I said to someone at one of my kiddos' baseball game, that getting lice with 5 kids (at the time I was preggers w/#6) would be unimaginable. Yep. We got it from baseball helmets. We now have helmets with our name and drawings all over them...so no one else takes them!!

And if that isn't crazy enough, we got it again, 5 mos later!!!!!! Yep....dang girls, combing other girls hair!! What were they thinking braiding and sharing combs with their friends? I was big with #6 by that time and not happy.
Just had to share, because I know you understand.
Never had it in 42 years...we should never get it again, right?
